Terms & Delivery


We accept PayPal, and the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JBC, Discover Card and Diners Club. We don’t charge any fees for credit card payments. You can choose to pay either with your credit card or via a PayPal account.


In order to purchase items at shop.arthurious.com you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your purchase has been accepted and the item is registered in our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Worldwide shipping

No matter where you are located we ship directly to your door.


The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time:

USA: 2-6 working days
Europe: 7-10 working days
Rest of the world: 10-18 working days

Please note that when shipping to outside of USA the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance — this is not included in the approximate delivery time.


All goods are sent from New York City and can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay.

We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to shop@arthurious.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Items bought from Arthurious are fully returnable within 14 days upon receipt. The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt, in the same original packaging. Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and expense, and is to be handled by you.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for returning. Please contact us at shop@arthurious.com before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.

When we have received the item and approved the return we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.

We may retain the refund until we have received the returned items or until we have received documentation that the item was returned, whatever comes first.


All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words only Stripe and Paypal have access to your data. It is not possible neither for us nor any other unauthorized entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase.
